Whether that be on the field, in the boat, at the track, in the workplace, or at home raising your children we are all striving to be the best we can be. Using Food To Fuel, LLC is passionate about coaching clients on how to eat and be healthy from the inside out while also working toward body composition, performance and improved quality of life goals.
Using Food To Fuel, LLC is a lot more than a nutrition consultation service. My goal is to provide evidence based advice and recommendations that enable people to be the best versions of themselves. I have experience with youth, collegiate, masters and elite athletes and have seen great results across the board.
To me, nothing is more important than health - without it few things matter. Not to mention, the healthier and more active we are the better our outlook on life. I truely enjoy working with my clients to help them achieve their desired goals.

"Robin came into my life at the perfect time. I was training for my next big dragon boat race when my trainer asked me what my next goal for the year was. I told her I wanted to lose weight and learn to eat healthy in order to be race ready. My trainer put me in touch with Robin and even though we live on different coasts, Robin made it really easy to start and continue my program. She was always available to answer questions and checked in on a regular basis. Working with Robin changed the way I thought about food and helped me learn how to fuel my body for a race.
