Nutrition Coaching

This is my most popular service! Nutrition coaching utilizes the Nutrition Analysis as a first step and aims to support long-term habitual change in eating habits. Nutrition coaching includes the aforementioned nutrition analysis and then maintains weekly phone and email contact (or daily as desired). Check in text messages are also utilized regularly. The Nutrition Coaching package is ideal for those that truly want to understand nutrition periodization, want to monitor longer-term performance gain, and reinforce new healthy eating habits to last a lifetime. Nutrition Consultation

Nutrition can be one of the most confusing topics to the general public as fad diets abound and today's "miracle food" is tomorrows carcinogen. Let me dispel any nutrition myths and aid in aligning nutrition choices with long-term goals. The hourly consult is a great way to have questions answered, discuss the importance of meal timing and planning plus evaluate pre-race and race day nutrition protocol. Cost: $75/ 1 hour session

Nutrition Analysis

The only way to provide insight towards one's nutrition choices is with accurate and honest feedback on consumption. The nutrition analysis begins with an analysis of a 3-day food log. The data is then processed to determine the individualized daily caloric intake and breakdown of macro and micronutrient needs for client goals. You will receive a written analysis combined with recommendations to better support your current training cycle and goals. The analysis will conclude with a 45-minute phone or in person consult to further explain the results and recommendaitons as well as answer questions. Cost: $250 per analysis and consult

Nutrition Follow Up

The Nutrition follow up is designed to provide ongoing support after an initial consult or nutrition analysis is completed. Staying on track takes time and dedication. Having the support and guidance of a Registered Dietitian is incredibly valuable to keep clients on track, working towards goals, and to troubleshoot any challenges faced along the way. Ongoing food log review and nutrient analysis check ins are a part of this follow up process. Cost: $50 / follow up or Follow Up Bundle (5 follow ups for $200)
